Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and required certifications (CPO, Universal EPA HVAC).

Responsibilities
Lead and perform engineering tasks including preventive maintenance and repairs.
Inspect and repair MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Handle construction and maintenance projects such as drywall and carpentry.
