Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment.
• Valid driver’s license and required certifications (CPO, Universal EPA HVAC).
• Ability to lift, move, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform engineering tasks including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect and repair MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Handle construction and maintenance projects such as drywall and carpentry.
