Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Sundance, WY seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee lodging, public areas, meeting spaces, and restaurant facilities, ensuring heating, cooling, electrical and other systems run safely and efficiently in line with the resort's environmental commitments.

The role leads maintenance staff, plans preventative work, manages budgets, coordinates with contractors, and strives for top Forbes/guest service scores while supporting the resort's standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and related mechanicals.
• Experience reading blueprints and understanding building construction.
• Supervisory experience with 3+ years in maintenance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily to monthly maintenance planning and inspections.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Maintain records and data on property facilities.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety training for staff.
• Manage maintenance budgets and cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments and homeholder projects as needed.
