Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Facilities team, overseeing maintenance of lodging, public areas, meeting spaces, and restaurant and shop facilities, ensuring safe, efficient operations and alignment with the resort's environmental commitments.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of hand tools and HVAC systems.
• Experience with building construction, blueprints, and repairs.
• Strong management of preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, SMS, and Guestware helpful.
• 3-5 years maintenance experience with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and perform preventive maintenance across resort structures.
• Lead maintenance staff and coordinate with contractors.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and department goals.
