Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Sundance, WY, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across lodging and resort facilities. You will coordinate daily work orders, supervise staff, ensure safety, and support the Facilities Manager.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, carpentry, and budget oversight. You will liaise with housekeeping, reservations, and accounting, and must be able to lift 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• HIGH school diploma or GED is required with 5+ years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with budgeting accountability.
• Proficient in trouble shooting and repairing commercial cooking equipment; HVAC and plumbing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintains or coordinates maintenance of lodging units and resort.
• Communicates project details and progress with Facilities Manager.
• Assigns daily work orders to maintenance staff.
• Maintains all information for maintenance account payable vendors including coding of invoices.
• Coordinates room availability with Reservations and responds to maintenance requests from staff.
• Operates and trains staff, and supports environmental commitments.
