Deer Valley Resort is seeking an Area Maintenance Manager for the Signature Collection to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repairs across luxury homes and lodges in Park City. You will lead a team of technicians and coordinate with vendors to ensure properties are meticulously maintained and guest experiences remain exceptional.

• Proven leadership and team management in multi-property or resort settings.
• Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve under pressure.
• Professional communication with homeowners and high-end clientele.
• Familiarity with property management systems, budget tracking, and purchasing protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team across Signature Collection properties.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure optimal property coverage and budget alignment.
• Manage daily operations involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliances, and general maintenance.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and subcontractors for specialty work and timely delivery.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding maintenance needs and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing protocols, including vendor guidelines.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response for maintenance across Signature properties.
• Utilize CMMS (MaintainX or similar) to manage work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and participate in monthly financial reviews.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and critical parts.
• Ensure work complies with safety standards and building codes.
• Perform property walkthroughs and quality checks.
