Job summary

River Sands RV Resort is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead daily maintenance operations, oversee preventive maintenance, and manage a skilled team at our scenic Arizona resort. The role focuses on keeping facilities safe, functional, and inviting for guests.

As a hands-on leader, you will coordinate projects, manage budgets, and ensure amenities meet the highest standards, while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork within CRR Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing maintenance operations
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and related systems
• Experience developing and managing preventative maintenance programs
• Budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management experience a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations to keep resort facilities safe, clean, and at high standards
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement projects
• Manage grounds, facilities, equipment, and maintenance team
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and project timelines
• Monitor budgets and inventory, driving operational efficiencies
