Job summary

Buckeye Ranch RV Resort & Storage in Buckeye, AZ, is seeking a General Manager to lead people, operations, guest experiences, and financial performance at our premier RV resort. You will align with CRR Hospitality standards, coach leaders, and ensure service excellence across the property.

You will move between strategic planning and hands-on daily operations, reviewing P&Ls and developing initiatives to improve revenue and guest satisfaction while building a strong, values-driven team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-department teams in a resort/hotel/RV resort setting is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team across departments.
• Oversee day-to-day resort operations and uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Own the resort's financial performance, budgeting, and KPI monitoring.
• Drive guest experience and build genuine guest relationships across the property.
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
