Savannah Lakes RV Resort is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, ensuring safety, beauty, and high standards. You’ll oversee preventive maintenance, capital projects, and a talented team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience managing maintenance operations, preferably in hospitality, RV resorts, hotels, or multi-family communities.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital projects.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and departmental expenses.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and project timelines.
• Ensure facilities meet CRR Hospitality standards and safety requirements.
