Job summary

Verde Ranch Estates in Camp Verde, AZ is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of homes, facilities, grounds, and amenities. You’ll prioritize work, coordinate with vendors, and ensure all work meets CRR Hospitality standards for safety, quality, and guest readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property, facilities, resort, or hospitality maintenance.
• Ability to lead a maintenance team and manage multiple requests.
• Strong hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of community grounds, facilities, rental homes, amenities, and infrastructure.
• Leads, prioritizes, and delegates maintenance activities and service requests.
• Performs hands-on maintenance and repairs (plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repair).
• Maintains maintenance logs and records; ensures safety standards.
• Coordinates with vendors/contractors and manages inventory and expenses with GM.
