Island Hospitality Management, LLC. is seeking a Resort Maintenance Technician/Ranger to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our RV resort properties.

You will assist with site set-ups, guide arrivals, monitor pool areas, and communicate issues to the Resort Manager to ensure a safe, inviting guest experience. The role requires flexibility, ability to work non-business hours, and hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds care.

Qualificações

• Basic computer proficiency (email/internet)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to produce legible written reports
• Experience operating hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
• General knowledge of janitorial, plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance
• Experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work
• On-call availability for resort needs
• 6 months maintenance experience in campground or RV resort preferred
• Flexibility for events during non-business hours
• Valid driver's license required

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on rental homes and facilities
• Complete minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, sewage, construction)
• Inspect irrigation, playgrounds, pools, and other amenities for safety and repairs
• Maintain resort curb appeal and clean common areas daily
• Provide site setup help for arriving/departing guests
• Lead guests to sites and assist with site setup
• Respond to maintenance issues and report to Resort Manager
• Ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment
• Oversee contractors and check for hazards
• Support gate coverage and emergency maintenance as needed
• Monitor pool chemical levels and safety
• Maintain resort vehicles and equipment
• Follow safety procedures at all times
