Job summary

Red Jacket Beach Resort in South Yarmouth, MA is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to oversee the physical operations of the property, including facilities, HVAC, water systems, and pool maintenance.

The role leads a team of engineers, recruits and trains leaders, and applies strong project management and analytical skills to deliver timely, safe repairs. Excel proficiency and knowledge of codes are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in roles leading and managing teams of 6 or more.
• Experience in high-transaction environments, distributed workflows, and web platform architectures.
• Driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Creative and efficient in solving complex, time-critical problems.
• Excel knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the physical operations of the resort, including maintenance and repair of interiors and exteriors, rooms, and equipment.
• Lead, manage, and empower a team of maintenance workers.
• Learn new technologies as needed by the business.
• Apply analytical skills to define and expand requirements.
• Set hiring standards and recruit engineers to grow the team.
