Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team responsible for exterior care, upkeep of resort buildings, and pool facilities. You will supervise staff, plan priorities, and ensure safety and quality standards across plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.

The role requires experience in resort maintenance, HVAC/OSHA certifications, and the ability to coordinate with vendors while supporting guest experiences. Weekends and on-call coverage are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manager-level resort maintenance role.
• One (1) to two (2) years of experience in building and facilities maintenance.
• HVAC certification.
• OSHA certification.
• Hazardous material handling training within six (6) months of hire date.
• One (1) year of experience in care, maintenance, and repair of large pools and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, prioritizes, trains, supervises and reviews maintenance staff.
• Supervises maintenance and repair work on swimming pool facilities and related systems.
• Keeps chemical balances and testing/injection systems.
• Coordinates with outside vendors to minimize guest disruption.
• Inspects work for completeness and maintains property databook.
• Assigns tasks related to painting, electrical, plumbing, waste management, and landscaping.
• Maintains pool areas during summer season.
• Coordinates and inspects major contract work on building systems.
