Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts in Charlotte, NC is seeking a security team member to uphold safety and tranquil stay for guests and staff. You will patrol the property, respond to safety concerns, and document incidents with accuracy.

Role requires standing for long periods, flexible shifts including nights and weekends, and basic computer usage. First Aid/CPR is preferred; valid driver's license is expected for some duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Available for AM & PM shifts.
• Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure safety and protect assets.
• Answer house calls to assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate and follow-up investigations of crimes against property and persons.
• Assist sick/injured guests or associates ensuring proper documentation.
• Record, report and correct unsafe conditions while patrolling property.
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive guest or associate issues.
