Job summary

Omni Louisville Hotel is seeking an Overnight Loss Prevention Officer to ensure guest and employee safety, enforce hotel policies, and document incidents.

Responsibilities include patrolling property, reporting unsafe conditions, handling investigations, assisting guests and associates, and maintaining records.

Qualifications: prior LP experience preferred, ability to stand/walk, communicate effectively, basic computer skills, and willingness to work overnight, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Must communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on all assignments.
• Keep accurate records and communicate using radio equipment.
• Record and report unsafe conditions while patrolling hotel property.
• Ensure protection of hotel, guest and employee property.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance.
• Patrol property to safeguard guests and staff and hotel assets.
• Assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations as needed.
• Initiate and follow up investigations of crimes against property and persons.
• Assist sick/injured guests or associates with proper reporting and documentation.
• Maintain records including camera monitoring and shift logs.
