Job summary

Omni Oklahoma City Hotel is seeking an Overnight Loss Prevention Officer to help ensure the safety of guests and team members while enforcing hotel policies. You will prepare incident reports and monitor property to protect people and assets.

The role involves patrolling the premises, recording observations, responding to emergencies, and maintaining confidential records. Overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively by telephone, email, radio and reporting.
• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report on all assignments.
• Keep accurate records and communicate using radio equipment.
• Record and report unsafe conditions while patrolling.
• Protect hotel, guest, and employee property.
• Maintain professional attitude and appearance.
• Patrol to ensure safety and protect assets.
• Assist guests and associates with safety and hotel operations.
• Initiate investigations and document findings.
