Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, MO, is seeking a Houseperson to support the housekeeping team and help deliver a clean, safe, and welcoming guest experience. You will assist with room prep, linen handling, and guest requests, contributing to the exceptional Westgate experience.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and safety protocols.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Must be able to lift 35lbs.

Responsibilities

Assist housekeepers by stripping units of soiled linens and trash.
Support the cleaning of guest units, including pet‑friendly and deep cleans.
Clean walkways, stairways, corridors, elevators, guest laundry rooms, and front entrances.
Deliver linen bags and buckets to checkout unit doors and collect soiled linens for processing.
Rotate laundry bins and maintain cleanliness of laundry chute closets.
Remove and stage cribs, highchairs, and other equipment in designated pickup areas.
Collect and dispose of trash from guest units, public areas, and outdoor enclosures.
