Job summary

SVR Management II LLC at Silverado Resort is seeking a Steward to maintain cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver while supporting the kitchen in sanitation and organization.

The role pays $20.00-$21.76 per hour, requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a California Food Handlers Certification; flexible hours and opportunities to participate in team trainings are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a resort or a related field preferred.
• In compliance with California laws a Food Handlers Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of china, glass, and silver, and ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Assist kitchen staff in keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean china, glass, and silver and return them to proper storage.
• Follow all sanitation standards and safety procedures; participate in required meetings and trainings.
• Support other kitchen positions as needed to maintain smooth service.
