Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in kitchens, back-of-house, and service areas.
• Operates pot-washing machinery and maintains hygienic conditions.
• Wash, sort, stack, and load/unload dishwasher.
• Dispose of waste following hotel standards and recycling guidelines.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and SDS information.
