Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and proper storage of all china, glass, and silver.
• Assist kitchen staff in keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure china, glass, and silver are cleaned thoroughly and sanitary.
• Return clean chinaware to proper storage to minimize breakage.
• Follow proper handling techniques for chemicals and know MSDS information.
