Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the on-site resort tech team in Las Vegas. You will provide Level 1 support for employees and operations across POS, RFID, surveillance, networks, desktops, printers, and audio systems.

The role involves install/deploy, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, creating documentation, and collaborating with departments to keep technology running smoothly in indoor and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

Associate degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting Windows environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a resort operations environment.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 IT support for employees and resort operations.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, peripheral, and user-related issues.
Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other computer hardware and peripherals.
Provide support and installation for POS systems, payment devices, printers, RFID equipment, and related peripherals.
Assist with troubleshooting wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
Perform physical installation and maintenance of network cabling, IP cameras, speakers, computer equipment, and other technology infrastructure.
Provide technical support for speakers, amplifiers, music streaming devices, and other audio equipment throughout the resort.
Maintain accurate documentation of systems, equipment, configurations, and support processes.
