Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR to lead a team in maintaining lodge and public areas. You will oversee 10–15 staff, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with the Housekeeping Management Team to meet resort standards.

Position is full-time with 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts, weekends and holidays required, outdoors in various conditions, and non-exempt hourly compensation of $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10–15 employees in assigned section.
• Inspect and stage lodging units for turnover and cleanliness.
• Ensure rooms and areas meet Sundance standards; stock amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments and management as needed.
• Complete daily Room Inspection checklists and update statuses.
• Attend bi-weekly progress meetings with Management.
