Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead lodging cleaning operations, ensuring cottages, mountain homes, walkways, and public areas meet resort standards. You will train staff, supervise 10–15 team members, and maintain cleanliness across assigned sections.

The position requires physical stamina, weekends/holidays, and a 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift with 4–5 shifts weekly; a valid US driver’s license is required. Disease-free, safety-conscious teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related supervisory experience.
• 1–3 months supervisory experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of internet navigation and email; Optii/SnT helpful.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License in good standing.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb; must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10–15 employees in assigned section.
• Ensure rooms and amenities are clean and stocked per Sundance standards.
• Coach and motivate staff; provide feedback and resolve issues.
• Attend bi-weekly progress meetings with Management and update room statuses daily.
• Complete all duties including interviewing, hiring, training, and paperwork for housekeeping staff.
