Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Lead Supervisor to manage the housekeeping team, ensuring cleanliness standards across cottages, mountain homes, and public areas. You will train supervisors, perform homeowner inspections, and oversee inventory and operations to meet guest expectations.

This full-time, year-round role requires weekend and holiday availability and involves directing 40–80 staff, maintaining safety and service quality, and ensuring timely room turnover.

Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise and lead a team of 40–80 employees.
• Excellent training and coaching skills for new and current supervisors.
• Strong inventory, cleanliness, and productivity management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees in assigned sections.
• Train new supervisors and existing supervisors in cleanliness standards and guest experience.
• Perform homeowner inspections before arrival of all homeowners.
• Conduct random quality inspections on vacant rooms and stayovers.
• Inspect all checkouts in assigned sections and ensure timely cleaning.
• Maintain organization and stocking of closets and storage areas.
