Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily room cleaning operations, mentor staff, and ensure immaculate guest accommodations across cottages, homes, and public areas. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather and strong leadership.

You will manage 10-15 housepersons, enforce standards, and coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper to meet service goals. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position offering $21/hour with weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or supervisory training/experience.
• Housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10-15 employees in assigned sections.
• Ensure cleanliness of rooms and public areas per standards.
• Coordinate with management and other departments as needed.
• Complete Room Inspection checklist for turnovers and stays.
• Attend progress meetings with Management and report performance trends.
• Uphold Sundance appearance and safety policies.
