Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team, ensure cleanliness standards, and supervise 10–15 staff across cottages and public areas.

You will inspect turnover units, coordinate with the Executive Housekeeper, schedule 4–5 shifts weekly, and uphold safety and appearance policies in all resort spaces.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires weekends/holidays and offers 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical duties.
• Housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, orderly guest accommodations indoors and outdoors.
• Supervise 10–15 employees across assigned sections.
• Ensure room/area cleanliness and stocked amenities.
• Direct staff to follow Sundance housekeeping standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Complete Room Inspection checklists for turnover/arrival units daily.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping Management on priorities and schedules.
• Attend bi-weekly progress meetings with Management.
