Job summary

The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Desert Club Resort in Las Vegas seeks a PBX Guest Services Agent to answer inbound requests from owners and guests, distribute calls, and coordinate with departments to ensure timely service.

You will monitor calls, log inquiries, provide front desk support when needed, and maintain records of registrations and mail. A hospitality or customer service background is required with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Ability to communicate professionally via telephone with enthusiasm and sincerity.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of resort procedures and operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest information requests and ensure timely responses.
• Relay communications to appropriate departments.
• Follow up with guests and departments on concerns.
• Provide front desk support as needed.
