Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Stateline, NV, is seeking a PBX Guest Services Agent to handle inbound information requests from owners, guests, and resort departments. You will route calls, track requests, and provide front desk support, ensuring timely responses and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or timeshare experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must have timeshare resort or hospitality experience and communicate professionally via a telephone switchboard.
• May have in-person guest contact and address concerns.
• Must know resort procedures and operations and share information as required.
• Dedicated to providing unsurpassed owner and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all Guest Service information requests with timely responses to promote guest satisfaction.
• Relay communications to appropriate departments, whether within the resort or to corporate owner services.
• Follow up with owner/guest and department concerns.
• Maintain records of guest registration forms and log all mail and parcels for guests and departments.
• Provide front desk support to the department.
