Qualifikationen

• Prefer 2+ years’ Front Desk supervisory experience in hotel/resort operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask with ease.
• Computer skills required.
• Excellent guest and team member relations skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Front Desk, Bell Staff, and Concierge operations.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and expeditious handling of complaints and emergencies.
• Supervise staff with coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action as necessary.
• Schedule staff based on occupancy forecasts to control payroll and labor costs.
• Develop service standards to maintain a high-quality guest experience.
• Interact with VIPs, homeowners, and group coordinators as necessary.
