• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; 2+ years Front Desk supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask.
• Computer skills and experience with hotel/resort operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Front Office staffing, operations and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain a high level of guest service across Front Desk, Bell Staff and Concierge.
• Schedule staff based on occupancy and forecasted demand to optimize payroll and labor costs.
• Interview and hire new staff; conduct performance reviews for the Guest Service department.
• Act as Manager on Duty and address guest complaints or emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement service standards to ensure a consistent guest experience.
• Maintain department budgets and control expenses; monitor profitability targets.
