KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper (Porter) for our resort-style community. The role supports general maintenance and janitorial tasks across interior and exterior areas, including event setup and breakdown.

You’ll be part of a friendly team reporting to the Facilities Manager in a dynamic, resident-focused environment. The position is entry-level and offers year-round work with full-time benefits for eligible employees, including healthcare, PTO, holidays,

Qualifications

• Able to lift 20–30 lbs and stand for most of the shift.
• Experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, housekeeping, or porter work is helpful but not required.
• Reliable and hardworking with a good attitude and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas (hallways, bathrooms, locker rooms, gym, patios).
• Sweep, dust and mop floors; clean windows.
• Assist with daily pool area cleaning (vacuuming, skimming, wiping chairs/tables, debris removal).
• Empty trash and keep indoor/outdoor areas neat and presentable.
• Set up and break down rooms for events, classes, and resident activities.
