Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties seeks a Maintenance Tech I in Miami, FL to perform maintenance duties across common areas, amenities, and equipment within our resort communities. The role includes plumbing, carpentry, and groundskeeping tasks, with a focus on keeping facilities guest-ready and well maintained.

The position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heavy equipment.
• Willing to be on call for emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, plumbing and carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping.
• Maintain amenity spaces and ensure property is clean, safe, and guest-ready.
• Inspect common areas, RV sites, and equipment including water heaters and HVAC units.
• Handle after-hours emergency line on a rotating basis and cover rotating shifts.
• Assist with housekeeping, front desk, and activities coordination as needed.
