Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Gate Greeter Attendant for South Seas on Captiva Island, Florida. You will welcome guests, owners, and vendors at the resort gate, provide directions, issue parking passes, and help ensure a secure yet hospitable arrival experience.

This full-time, hourly role requires strong customer service, a professional appearance, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service or security preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, owners and vendors at the resort gate and provide directions.
• Monitor and control access to the resort, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Prepare and distribute parking passes for arrivals and manage decals.
• Log all passes and maintain records of entries and exits.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Security to assist arrivals and guest needs.
