Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Receiving Attendant for South Seas on Captiva Island, FL. You will ensure accurate receipt and inspection of deliveries, log packages, and support storeroom inventories while coordinating with departments to keep operations smooth and efficient.

The role requires excellent English, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. A fast-paced hospitality environment offers growth and teamwork opportunities within a resort setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with basic computer systems including Microsoft 365 Office.

Responsibilities

• Make sure storerooms are stocked and ready for business every day.
• Load and unload deliveries; move items to various areas of the resort.
• Direct vendor communication and verify deliveries against work orders and POs.
• Examine contents and compare with invoices to verify accuracy of shipments.
• Maintain filing system for purchase orders and delivery status; assist inventories.
• Assist in month-end or quarterly inventories as required by supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness of the loading dock, storeroom, refrigerator, and freezer areas.
• Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned by management.
