Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Gate Access/Guest Services Associate for South Seas, Captiva Island, FL. You will monitor gates, manage passes, and track movements of guests, vendors, and owners while maintaining accurate records and keys.

This role emphasizes guest service, security, and collaboration with Front Desk and Security teams. The position requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and experience with a Property Management System.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred depending on location.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control gate access to the resort; ensure proper identification and authorization.
• Prepare and distribute parking passes; log issued passes and maintain decals.
• Maintain records of entrants; track vendors, owners, and guests movements.
• Provide directions and assist guests, vendors, and owners on site.
• Distribute keys and conduct daily checks on key boxes and return processes.
• Distribute welcome packets and resort maps to arrivals; assist in guest services.
• Use PMS and Key System to access guest details and manage keys.
• Prepare daily gate activity reports and incident notes.
• Maintain security presence at the gate to enhance guest experience and safety.
• Assist Front Desk with arrivals/departures and other guest-related tasks.
