Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Gate Greeter Attendant at South Seas on Captiva Island, Florida. You will greet guests, owners, and vendors at the gate, manage access, and assist with parking passes and directions while maintaining security and a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and strong interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, hourly position offering a competitive rate and comprehensive benefits, with weekend/holiday shifts as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, owners and vendors at the gate and provide directions.
• Monitor and control access to the resort, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
• Distribute parking passes and track parking decals.
• Maintain daily gate activity records and report incidents.
• Provide keys and assist with guest arrivals/departures as needed.
