Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Gate Greeter Attendant at the South Seas resort on Captiva Island, FL. You will welcome guests, owners, and vendors at the gate, manage access, and assist with directions and parking passes while maintaining security.

This is a full-time, on-site role, 40 hours per week, at $18.00 per hour. Benefits include health coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in customer service or security preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Property Management System (PMS) and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, owners and vendors at the resort gate.
• Monitor and control gate access; verify IDs and permissions.
• Prepare and distribute parking passes; log issued passes.
• Maintain records of entries and exits and track destinations.
• Provide clear directions and information to guests and vendors.
• Distribute and track keys; ensure keys are returned.
• Assist Front Desk with arrivals/departures and guest needs.
• Utilize PMS and Key System to access guest details and keys.
• Submit daily gate activity reports.
• Maintain a security presence at the gate and deter unauthorized access.
