Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously.
• Provide information and assistance with in-house guest activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Restock front desk supplies and keep area tidy.
• Perform simple night audit tasks and related reporting.
