Lemonjuice Solutions, LLC in St. Augustine, FL is seeking a dedicated Front Desk team member to support guests at two resort locations.

This full-time, year-round role offers flexible shifts including mornings and evenings, with weekend and holiday availability required. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, process payments, issue room keys, coordinate with housekeeping, and assist guests with directions and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Vocational school certificate or business/related training is a plus.
• Maintenance/handyman experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and handle late check-out requests.
• Secure payments, activate/reissue room keys, and verify guest identity.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and guest concerns.
• Answer phones and provide guest directions and information.
• Document and review billing, room changes, and ensure accuracy of charges.
• Maintain professional appearance and comply with company policies and safety procedures.
