Job summary

Lemonjuice Capital & Solutions is seeking a dedicated front desk associate to cover two St. Augustine properties. This full-time, year-round role offers flexible shifts (10:00–18:00, 9:00–17:00, 14:00–22:00) and weekend/holiday work at The Beach Club and The Inn at Camachee Harbor.

You will handle guest check-ins/outs, room assignments, payments, key issuance, and coordination with housekeeping. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential; a high school diploma or GED is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Vocational School Degree or Business Certification.
• Maintenance/handyman experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check-ins and check-outs processing and guest verification.
• Assigns rooms and handles room changes/late check-out requests.
• Processes payments, vouchers, and maintains cash bank.
• Coordinates with Housekeeping on room status and guest concerns.
• Answers calls, provides directions, and assists guests with inquiries.
