Job summary

Sunday River is seeking Hotel Front Desk Agents to warmly welcome guests, provide information about the resort and local area, and assist with reservations and checkout. The role includes handling special requests, selling lift tickets, and answering phone inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly demeanor expected.

Responsibilities

• Exceed guests' expectations and respond to their needs during their stay.

• Assist with phone inquiries and handle special requests as needed.
