Job summary

OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the main kitchen, plan budgets and supervise the culinary team. You will develop menus for outlets, the Voyager 47 and banquets, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded and operating goals are met.

The role requires experience in large resort environments with strong leadership, strategic planning, and collaboration with Sales and other departments to optimize F&B performance.

Qualifications

• Previous resort/hotel experience is preferred.
