Grand View Lodge, part of Cote Hospitality Group, seeks a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator in Minnesota to oversee fleet operations, maintenance, and coordination. You will manage the full lifecycle from usage tracking to scheduling maintenance, ensuring road-ready vehicles with proper licensing and documentation.

This role rewards a detail-oriented, mechanically inclined professional in a hospitality setting. As part of our Safety & Security department, the role requires weekend/holiday availability

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in transportation, fleet, or related operations management.
• General auto mechanic knowledge and capability for minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous records.
• Excel skills for inventory tracking and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete, accurate inventory of all fleet vehicles.
• Manage the vehicle issuance system and track checkouts.
• Track usage, fuel consumption, and mileage; maintain maintenance logs.
• Conduct quarterly drive inspections and photograph vehicles.
• Make recommendations on vehicle repair, replacement, or retirement.
• Make purchase and lease recommendations for future fleet needs.
• Manage vehicle licensing and registrations.
• Apply company logos and branding to vehicles.
• Maintain control of spare keys.
• Perform minor vehicle repairs and coordinate larger repairs.
• Read and follow chemical labels and submit written reports.
• Weekend, holiday, and extended hours during peak seasons required.
• Other duties as assigned.
