Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a hotel/resort or guest service role.
• Experience with MICROS POS system.
• Excellent phone skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Ability to lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by name and register guests.
• Register members/guests with accurate billing and gender preference.
• Register for Group Exercise classes in Mindbody and handle fees.
• Restock and maintain fruits, condiments, and coffee in the lounge; keep area clean and organized.
• Assist in keeping Fitness storage space clean and organized.
• Review communication log book at shift start and record issues for supervisor.
• Know current hours of operation for Fitness, Spa, Kid's Club, Spa Shop, Coffee Market, Aquatics, Tennis and Pool Cabana.
