Job summary

Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, TX seeks a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to uphold luxury hospitality standards. You will thoroughly clean guest rooms, restock items, and communicate status to the office while maintaining a neat work area and following Omni guidelines for appearance and grooming.

The role supports a premium guest experience and requires flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced resort environment recognized for excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards as required by scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform and name tag.
• Thoroughly clean guest rooms including making beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.
• Communicate clean status of each room to office coordinator upon completion.
• Stock supply cart and keep it neat and organized at all times.
• Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure proper working order.
• Respond to hotel guests efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Maintain awareness of in-house groups and meetings to answer guest questions.
• Attend department meetings and required training.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

• Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order.
• Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner.
• Maintain awareness of in-house groups, meetings, and locations by reviewing dailies in order to answer questions for guests.
• Attend department meetings and company required training.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements
