Job summary

Silver Dollar City Resort is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations under the Director of Engineering. You’ll lead a team of technicians, manage routine and preventive work, and coordinate with budgets and vendors to ensure safe, high‑quality environments for guests and staff.

The role requires 3+ years in hospitality maintenance, supervisory experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with on‑call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in hospitality maintenance or related field.
• Experience supervising a maintenance team is required.
• Must be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• On-call availability for critical operations and good English literacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Engineering staff and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance with the Director of Engineering and manage budgets.
• Recruit, train, and retain engineering staff; schedule weekly workloads.
• Maintain CMMS records and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Work with outside vendors and ensure safety and quality standards.
