Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Admin, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of event management, conference services, catering, hotel operations, or related hospitality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-turnover until post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate event logistics with operational departments for seamless execution.
• Prepare and distribute BEOs, catering resumes, rooming lists, and other event documents.
• Lead BEO and pre-conference meetings and planning discussions across departments.
• Conduct planning calls, site visits, and on-site client meetings as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and address concerns and special requests.
• Manage room blocks, meeting space, concessions, billing, and deadlines per contracts.
• Review event billing, deposits, and invoices for groups.
• Forecast guest room, catering, and event revenue for assigned segments.
• Identify upsell opportunities for resort amenities and services.
• Oversee on-site event execution and serve as client contact during events.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Culinary, Golf, Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation and other dept.
