Responsibilities

• Supervise work assignments, response, and problem resolution; provide technical support to maintenance personnel.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve grounds and resort landscaping issues.
• Implement and facilitate skills training for assigned teams; ensure policies followed.
• Help in controlling department budgetary expenditures.
