Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Engineering staff, ensuring top-notch owner and guest service and proactive facility maintenance. You will install, maintain, calibrate, and replace equipment, manage inventories, and oversee safety checks and disaster response planning.

You will assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching, while staying flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Engineering staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service and facility maintenance.
• Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
• Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, etc., and identify and operate shut-off valves.
• Enter and locate work-related information using computers; inspect tools and equipment.
