Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians responsible for timeshare units and resort assets. You will supervise day-to-day tasks, mentor staff, and ensure adherence to safety and company standards.

You will manage training, respond to service requests, oversee planned and preventative maintenance, and help control department budgets while delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in maintenance, engineering, facilities, or similar.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and other resort assets.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
• Ability to manage training and enforce policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assignments, respond to issues, and provide technical support to maintenance staff.
• Identify and resolve grounds/landscaping and facility concerns.
• Facilitate skills training and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assist in controlling department budget expenditures.
