Job summary
Naples Beach Club, Four Seasons Resort in Naples, FL is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to support daily operations of the Engineering department and lead maintenance initiatives across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems.
The role requires 2+ years in building maintenance, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guests in a luxury resort setting. Full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in building engineering/maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to operate computer equipment and maintenance software.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineering managers in daily operation of the department.
- Plan, organize, and direct maintenance workflows.
- Prepare requisitions for purchases and liaise with Director of Purchasing.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and energy conservation programs.
- Maintain logs of stock and tools; support contractors and 24-hour service.
